The weekend culminated in a Black and White Gala and dance, which celebrated the work of the outgoing NPHC administration and installed the incoming executive board. The one unexpected highlight of the evening was the appearance of the Past International Grand Polaris, Bro. Robert Clark, who came specifically to bid farewell and express gratitude to the outgoing NPHC National President, Ms. Jennifer Jones, under whose tenure he served on the NPHC Council of Presidents.
